Our client asked us to book in making good works with the customer.
Issue to be resolved
Following a previous leak which caused damage to the ceiling in the room below, we were required to attend and make good.
Action taken
Our Customer Service team logged the job and contacted the customer to book an appointment for an operative to attend to carry out the making good works. We had a cancellation appointment the following day which was convenient for the customer.
Result
The customer was happy with the decoration works carried out and at how quickly we were able to attend. The client was pleased that we could assist and close out an issue promptly.
