We can undertake all aspects of project works from an initial inspection, putting together a programme of works, arranging labour and trades to attend to resolve the defective issue, carry out any decorative or snagging works following the remedial work, having a Supervisor on site with the support of our Customer Care Managers to ensure the issues are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible whilst adhering to all Health & Safety elements, fully CDM compliant.
Carrying out inspections with the Building Warranty Provider and undertaking all remedials that are identified at the inspection. Liaising with the customers directly to book appointments and notifying the client when remedials are resolved.
Attending to plots to inspect and produce a snagging list to be resolved before the property is occupied.
We can manage your inspection lists and arrange for the remedials to be completed, we can liaise with your customers directly to provide access.
Before your customers move into their new property, we can undertake a home tour with them. This will ensure that your customers are walked around the property, shown how to use their appliances and given instructions and manuals. This is an opportunity for your customer to ask any questions or queries that they may have.
