Summary
Our Managed service is us acting on behalf of our client. A defect is raised directly by the customer to the customer care team.
Issue to be resolved
Internal door between living room and hallway is catching on flooring preventing door from opening fully.
Action taken
Defect sent to the original trade as per the contractor list we are provided by the Client.
Result
Original contractor attended at a date and time suitable with the customer and resolved the issue leaving the customer happy that the door could then be closed properly.
