Issue to be resolved
We had a report of a customers outside garden tap was running at full capacity and unable to be turned off.
Action taken
Original plumber contacted to attend urgently but in the meantime we advised the resident to attach a hose to the tap and run into a drain until it could be fixed. Original plumber unable to attend so Simcott Plumber deployed to resolve issue.
Result
Simcott Plumber attended within 2 hours of issue being raised and isolated the water. The main issue was fixed and water turned back on.
