Daily Service
Daily service encompasses a wide range of tasks and issues, ranging from replacing a screw in a doorframe to a complete build of a property
One part of our service is what we call our Daily service. This is where we receive daily defects from our clients which we will arrange the remedials of in a timely manner. We would receive a works instruction from the client which we log onto our database and then arrange for the relevant trade or operative to attend and resolve.
The service includes a ‘next day’ telephone call to the customer a day before to remind them of the appointment and a ‘resolved’ call the day works were completed to ensure a satisfactory conclusion.
