OUT OF HOURS

We attend to any emergency call outs 365 days of the year.

Our Out of Hours service is a unique service that we provide 365 days of the year and during the period when your business is closed. Our service allows our Out of Hours team to answer the telephone as you, the Client, from 5pm – 8am, Monday to Friday and 24 hours a day on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays (Bespoke hours can be arranged).

They will deal with any emergency call outs, arrange for your own supply chain to attend to make safe, liaise with the homeowner and contractors bring the issue to a close and provide a full report for all events by 8:30 the next morning.
